This Minnesota Residential Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease") is entered into on the ____ day of ___________, 20__ (the "Effective Date"), by and between _________________________ ("Landlord") with a mailing address of ____________________________________, and _________________________ ("Tenant") with a mailing address of ____________________________________. 1. Term of Lease
